A family run business, Loader Constructions employs a professional local team that consists of skilled permanent tradesman backed up by a reliable network of specialst sub-contractors, all focused on achieving a high standard end project.

Loader Constructions can build to your plans or take on the project from concept through to landscaping. A testament to the breadth of our skill base and experience, we undertake a wide range of projects from residential to commercial. Loader Constructions has solid working relationships with local architects and draftsman who we can engage to assist in the design phase of your project.

Throughout the building process Loader Constructions offers a personalised service with direct access to the builder from start to finish. Managing Director Terry Loader, is a qualified builder with over 30 years experience in the industry. Terry oversees building sites and the management systems ensuring each, projects is built to a planned process.

Loader Constructions has invested time into a balanced master and apprentice system that produces quality, local, in-house trained tradesman. This system was recognised and rewarded with the prestigious all industries, Ministers Award for Excellence in Training, Southern NSW.

Loader Constructions has long been a member of Master Builders Association (MBA) and Housing Industry Association (HIA).
